The Treasure Cove Mermaid - Terms and Conditions

  1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remainder of the balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled event. Failure to pay the remaining balance within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of your event at the client’s expense.

  2. Event Continuation and Weather Policy: Our parties are scheduled to continue rain or shine. However, in the event of rain, the party must be moved indoors to protect our equipment and ensure everyone's safety. Failure to provide an acceptable location may result in the cancellation of your event at the client’s expense.

  3. Performer Arrival and Departure: To preserve the magical illusion of a real mermaid, the performer must be able to arrive and depart without the presence of guests. This helps maintain the enchanting experience for all attendees.Please refer to our FAQ page for information on ways to achieve this.

  4. Balloon Twisting: Please note that balloon twisting is not recommended for grassy surfaces as it may affect the quality and durability of the creations. Select designs available.

  5. Face Painting: Face paint will only be applied to clean faces and to willing participants. We kindly ask that parents ensure their children are not crying or attempting to elope during the face painting process. The quality of face paint may vary due to artistic differences or the movements of the subject. Please be aware that only select designs are available for face paint.

  6. Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that The Treasure Cove Mermaid must cancel your event, a full refund will be provided.
